Role & responsibilities: Job Title: Business Development Associate (Proptech) Location: Pune Maharastra Salary : 20 k to 35 k per month Incentives : Average Incentive on this profile is 75 k to 1 Lac plus. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, conducting site visits, and ultimately closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for real estate. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs): 1. Lead Generation: - Utilize various channels such as Calling, networking events, referrals, and cold outreach to generate leads. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business development. - Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and reach new markets. 2. Lead Nurturing: - Build relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up. - Provide information about properties, pricing, and market trends to educate and engage leads. - Customize sales pitches and presentations to address the specific needs and preferences of each lead. 3. Follow-Up: - Maintain a CRM system to track leads, interactions, and progress through the sales pipeline. - Follow up with leads promptly and persistently to keep them engaged and move them closer to conversion. - Address any concerns or objections raised by leads and provide solutions or alternatives as needed. 4. Site Visits: - Arrange and conduct site visits for interested clients to showcase properties and amenities. - Provide detailed explanations and answer questions about properties during site visits. - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth site visits and address any issues or requests. 5. Closures: - Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. - Overcome objections and obstacles to close deals effectively and efficiently. - Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to ensure all necessary paperwork and procedures are completed for successful closings. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors degree is required. - Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate industry is mandatory. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite will be a plus - Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends is a plus.
