Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Assisting in developing and implementing strategies to expand our client base.
• Collaborating with senior management to optimize lead generation and conversion.
• Supporting in preparing proposals and presentations for client meetings.
• Helping in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Participating in networking events and conferences to promote our services.
• Gaining hands-on experience in the software services industry and contributing to the growth of Flair Labs.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Development
• Bachelors/Master's degree in sales, business development, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with top management and clients.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of IT/Software Services business and trends.
• Strong awareness of software development and related services.
• Willingness to put in a lot of effort to fulfill company promises.
• A self-starter with the capacity to organize processes and a drive to learn and advance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
