Business Development Executive (Female)

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Female Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, a proactive approach to client interaction, and a passion for closing deals. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls effectively. Follow up with leads, nurture prospects , and convert them into customers. Close sales deals and meet or exceed monthly targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and leads in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience . Understand client requirements and propose suitable advertising solutions. Maintain a high level of professionalism and build strong client relationships. Requirements: Graduation is mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam . Proven sales closing skills and a confident telephone presence. Basic computer skills with familiarity in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite . Prior experience in telesales or business development is an added advantage. Experience in the advertising industry is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
