Job Description

Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential business opportunities in various markets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets. Conduct market analysis to understand competitive landscape and customer needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to promote products/services. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns. Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network. Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance. Work with senior management to establish strategic goals. Participate in budget planning and forecasting for business development initiatives. Train and mentor junior sales staff on effective business development techniques. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clients. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
