Ezio is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, identifying, and pursuing new business opportunities to support the company’s growth. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

The position also involves active coordination across departments and preparing persuasive business proposals and presentations to effectively represent the company’s products and services.

Responsibilities:

>Meet clients to present and explain the company’s products, services, and programs.

>Conduct proper demonstrations and deliver professional presentations.

>Convince clients and secure deals with institutions for student admissions and college MoUs.

>Follow the company’s reporting structure and report directly to the Manager.

>Cover the designated area/district/zone as assigned by the company.

>Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

>Lead marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.

>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.

>Generate leads through multiple channels and convert them into successful business deals.

>Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business expansion.

>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and overall performance.

>Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

>Minimum Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales.

Skills:

>Excellent communication in English and regional language.

>Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

>Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.
