Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Pune. The role involves driving new business opportunities, managing client accounts, leading sales initiatives, and nurturing long-term client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential clients, creating and delivering impactful sales pitches, managing leads throughout the sales lifecycle, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and consistent business growth.

    New Business Development

    and

    Lead Generation

  • Strong command over Business Communication
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills
  • Ability to operate independently while also working effectively within a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience in the IT & Management Consulting industry is preferred

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM platforms
