Role & responsibilities - Identify, approach and engage potential B2B clients in the transport sector - Understand client needs and explain how our software can solve real operational problems - Generate leads through cold calls, networking and industry research - Set up meetings, give demos and support the full sales cycle from pitch to closing - Collaborate with product and marketing teams for tailored sales strategies - Maintain and update the CRM with accurate sales activity and pipeline tracking - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales target Preferred candidate profile - 12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS or software solutions - Strong communication & presentation skills you know how to make a lasting impression - A self-starter who loves targets and thrives on client success - Comfortable with cold outreach, product demos and relationship-building - Curious about tech and eager to grow in a fast-moving company Perks and benefits - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field - Experience with CRM tools is a plus - Understanding of the transport industry is an added advantage
