What you'll do This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including cold-calling, prospecting, lead generation, appointment setting, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will be expected to maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential clients to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business. Roles & Responsibilities Management Skills. Achieving sales targets, cold calling, and F2F meetings. Developing rapport with Builders and stakeholders. Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients Increasing client base. Identifying and mapping customer needs Researching business opportunities and viable income streams Following industry trends Experience working to and exceeding targets. Preferred candidate profile Good communication skills Stakeholder management skills Ability to negotiate Self-motivated and to motivate a team Confident and well-versed in dealing with clients. Pleasing personality Having your own vehicle will be an advantage Convincing skills Reliable work ethic
