We’re looking for Delhi NCR-based, energetic, people-friendly Business Development Executives who love meeting people, building trust, and driving impact on the ground.
🚀 What you’ll do
- Visit residential societies, parks, and local markets across Delhi NCR to spread awareness about ElderBridge.
- Interact with elders and families, explain our services, and onboard new customers.
- Drive customer acquisition — every closure means more impact and more earnings for you!
- Represent ElderBridge in community gatherings and events.
🎯 What we’re looking for
- Must be based in Delhi NCR.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills (Hindi + local language is a plus).
- Outgoing and confident — enjoy meeting and talking to new people.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Freshers welcome! Prior sales/BD experience is a bonus.
💰 What’s in it for you

- 💰 Average earning potential: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000/month, depending on closures.
