Identify and engage potential clients to create a robust pipeline of business opportunities. Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive client acquisition. Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction, and foster loyalty. Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and keep a competitive edge. Coordinate with internal teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals. What Were Looking For. 3 to 5 years of proven success in domestic business development within the IT, SaaS, or IT services sector. Candidates with an Engineering, BBA, or MBA degree are preferred. Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi (C1/C2 level proficiency). Strong knowledge of lead generation, marketing, and client acquisition techniques.
