Role Description

The role requires independently generating leads through personal prospecting efforts, as no leads will be provided by the Head Office or through walk-ins from the branch. Only sales above ₹6.5 lakhs including tax will be considered valid. The candidate will use in-house software for estimations and client proposal support while reporting directly to the Branch Manager for updates, progress, and guidance. During the initial period, there are no sales targets, with the focus placed on learning processes, systems, and client interaction. The role includes building and maintaining strong client relationships at the Silver Envoy level to support sustainable business. Initially, the responsibility is to achieve one sale booking through token collection, progressing toward a target of two sale bookings per month in the following months. This position requires 100 percent on-site or office-based work to ensure effective lead generation.


  • Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
  • Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for client interaction and follow-ups.
  • Lead Generation: Ability to independently source, qualify, and pursue leads.
  • Sales Skills: Understanding of sales processes, client handling, and estimation software.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined to work on-site or from the office consistently.
