Job Description:
RichestSoft is hiring a Business Development Executive (Direct Sales) to generate leads, pitch IT services (web/app development, software, digital marketing), and close deals with clients directly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients via calls, emails, or meetings
  • Sell IT services by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Meet monthly sales targets
  • Maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in direct sales (preferably IT services)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
  • Knowledge of IT services and solutions
