Job Description

Apply Only Immediate Joiner ( General & USA Night Shift ) Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients, industry verticals, and business opportunities to generate leads. Use a variety of channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Initiate contact with decision-makers at targeted companies to build relationships, understand their needs, and propose tailored digital marketing solutions. Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations, product demos, and consultations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of the companys digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, etc.). Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow through to close deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of services. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain a consistent sales pipeline through active prospecting and effective sales strategies. Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Provide strategic input to refine service offerings and sales tactics. CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track all sales activities, client communications, and manage the sales pipeline. Networking & Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and establish valuable connections. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of [1-5] years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in digital marketing or related fields. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.) and how they benefit businesses. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Personal Attributes: High level of motivation, initiative, and drive to succeed. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
