Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales, building relationships with real estate developers and brokers, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with developers and brokers to present Buildesk's solutions. Identify and pursue new market opportunities in your region. Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed individual targets. Present and negotiate deals with senior decision-makers. Provide feedback to shape our offerings to meet market needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and success. Take a consultative approach, guiding clients to effective solutions for their challenges. What Were Looking For: Proven Success: 1+ years in ERP/CRM or relevant industry sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the real estate industrys unique challenges. Sales Expertise: Confidence in engaging and closing deals with senior decision-makers. Regional Acumen: Strong network and understanding of regional market dynamics. Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English and the regional language; Hindi is a bonus. Team Player: Collaborative mindset and a drive to contribute to a growing team. Energy & Passion: Self-motivated and results-driven. Key Activities: Lead Generation & Market Research: Conduct outbound visits, build strategic partnerships, and leverage market references. Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads to ensure they meet target criteria. Demo & Negotiation: Conduct product demos and close deals independently. CRM & LMS Management: Log updates and progress in the CRM system. Daily Reporting: Provide transparent reports on activities and progress.
