Job Description

To generate & identify sales leads, pitching or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new prospects.


Roles & Responsibilities:


· Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

· Generate new business leads and implementing the right strategies to maintain the required work force.

· Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities

· Should have strategic thinking skills when contributing to marketing strategy meetings. 

· Must be able to develop good client relation.

· Prospecting Skills,

· Must possess good sales skills when assisting in the lead qualification process.

· Updated market knowledge

· Presentation skills are desirable

·  High energy level,

·  Meeting sales goals

·  Professionalism



Essentials :


· Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales.

· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.

· Excellent knowledge of English.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
