Our 40+ member team in India supports key business functions such as HR, Finance, Administration, Sales, Estimation, and Marketing, ensuring seamless coordination and growth for our UAE operations.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
The selected candidate will play a key role in customer acquisition, revenue generation, and business growth, while supporting the sales division and strategic initiatives to strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights for management.
• Identify new market opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate closely with Technical, Channel Partner, and Sales teams.
• Maintain deep knowledge of company products and services to effectively engage clients.
• Support recruitment, coaching, and monitoring of the sales team when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telesales background preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
