Job Description

Business Development Associates

Walk-in interview is scheduled on Wednesday, 19-09-2025. Attendance is mandatory.


The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research. 


Role Requirements:

  • Knowledge or interest in Data Analytics (preferred)
  • Ability to pitch Edutech programs based on the learner’s domain
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Capability to drive conversions from campaigns
  • Ability to understand learner requirements and map the right program


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
