Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Conservit Power Solutions Pvt Ltd. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities: Generating leads and identifying potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote solar power plant installation Developing a marketing plan Conducting market research and analyzing customer Providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments in solar technology Creating marketing materials Collaborating with other departments: You will need to work closely with other departments within the company, including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals. Managing events: You may need to plan and manage events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars to promote the company's services and build relationships with potential customers. Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics: You will need to track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed to improve results.
