Key Responsibilities Target Achievement Achieve assigned sales targets within stipulated timelines. Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding individual and team revenue goals. Lead Generation & Conversion Generate new business opportunities through online research, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Qualify leads and schedule meetings or presentations with potential clients. Follow up on leads to drive conversions and build long-term client relationships. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system. Regularly update CRM tools with sales activities and progress reports. Analyze client data to tailor sales strategies and solutions. Sales & Business Development Present and promote the company's products and services to potential customers. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to architects, interior designers, contractors, and retailers. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively. Project Execution Oversee project implementation from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution. Monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards. Provide post-project support and ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and revenue growth. Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in home decor, paints, architecture or real estate). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is mandatory. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus. Self-motivated and result-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Quick learner and open to feedback from seniors Open to site visits and field work
