Job Description To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media, and emails. Key Responsibilities: Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting outbound prospecting activities, utilizing various communication channels to generate new leads and opportunities. Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and target accounts within designated regions (USA, EMEA, APJ, APAC). Manage the full lead nurturing lifecycle. Coordinate meeting and ensure all parties are well-prepared and follow up with prospects to confirm meetings and manage any schedule changes. Work closely with technical, delivery, sales, and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals, solutions, and targeted outreach strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc). Continuously monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth. Participate in regular training and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Personal Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate work status and key findings. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a growing environment.
