Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help drive our company’s growth. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and contribute to the company’s long-term success by achieving revenue and market expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and propose appropriate products, services, or solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
