Job Overview:

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Bhubaneswar. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales professional to promote and sell our software products in the market.

The role involves field visits, client engagement, delivering impactful product demonstrations, and successfully closing sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and building strong relationships to drive consistent business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers in the field.
  • Promote and sell the company’s software products to targeted clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business..
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Management and Business strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the software development industry is a plus


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (software industry preferred).
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to travel for field visits


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related field
  • Relevant experience in sales or software marketing
  • 1-2yrss of experience requirement
