Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Hybrid / Work From Home Experience: 03 Years Salary Range: 1.20 3.50 LPA + Incentives Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to generate business by reaching out to candidates and enrolling them into our professional training programs. In addition to sales, the role may include supporting basic HR operations and contributing to technical business generation activities. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals looking to grow in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment with excellent learning and earning potential. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain available training programs Follow up with interested candidates and assist with enrollment process Understand candidate needs and suggest appropriate training modules Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM and internal tools Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets and performance metrics Support technical business generation through follow-up calls, lead management, and client coordination Assist HR operations such as scheduling interviews, following up with applicants, and maintaining basic documentation Provide excellent customer service to ensure positive engagement and retention Key Skills Required Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette Confidence in engaging with candidates and explaining offerings Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on leads Basic understanding of sales, HR, or business development processes Familiarity with Google Workspace / MS Office and CRM tools Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup Team player with a willingness to support different functional needs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, HR, or Business preferred) 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, HR, or a similar field Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply Prior internship or experience in EdTech, HR, or training programs is a plus What We Offer Flexible hybrid/work-from-home opportunity Attractive incentive plan linked to performance Training and upskilling support for career growth Opportunity to work in a growing company with a young and dynamic team
