Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Mumbai (with Pan-India responsibilities)

Salary: ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience & performance)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can drive end-to-end sales, build long-term customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s overall sales growth strategy across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and convert potential customers into long-term clients.

Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, negotiations, to closing deals.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share across Pan India.

Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and brand visibility.

Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and quotations to clients.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports using CRM/ERP systems.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Provide feedback from the market to management to improve products and strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development/sales, preferably in B2B or industrial/engineering sectors.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle independently.

Willingness to travel across India when required.

Goal-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
