Role: Business Development Executive/Business Development Manager

What we need:
Education: Any Graduate.
Experience: 24 years (Women are encouraged to apply) full training will be provided
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers (warm & cold leads) from the database provided by the company
Introduce our products/services and generate interest
Fix appointments for the senior sales team
Update daily calls, follow-ups, and results in the CRM/software/Sheet
Achieve monthly targets of qualified leads and appointments
Build long-term rapport with prospects and generate references.
Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, browsing, typing)
Ready to work from office, 6 Days a week, 10am to 7pm
Excellent communication skills in English + Hindi (clear voice & confidence over phone is a must)
Hunger to learn and grow in sales career
