We're Hiring: Business Development Associate Location: Malkapur, MH (Near Jalgaon & Akola) Accommodation: Company-provided allowance Work Days: 5 Days (Monday & 2nd/4th Tuesday Off) Timing: 11 AM - 8 PM Job Type: Inside Sales Role Overview As a Business Development Associate, youll drive sales, acquire new learners, and nurture client relationships. You'll showcase our financial education products and provide personalized learning solutions. Key Responsibilities: Generate & convert leads via 120+ daily calls (inbound & cold calling) Achieve & exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Deliver compelling sales pitches & negotiate deals Maintain sales records in CRM What We are Looking For: 6+ months experience in EdTech or related industry (Freshers with strong sales skills can apply) Bachelors degree / Non-Graduate with a sales mindset Fluent in English & Hindi with strong communication & negotiation skills Passionate about financial education & sales
