About Us: Blueneba Technologies is a solar EPC company working across MP, UP, and NCR. We specialize in residential and commercial rooftop solar installations under the PM Suryaghar Yojana. Join a passionate team of 25+ professionals committed to India's clean energy transition. Role Overview: We are hiring a Business Development Executive to generate leads, meet potential customers, and close rooftop solar sales across Delhi/NCR. This is a high-energy, office and field-based role. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate leads. Visit homes, societies, and commercial sites to pitch solar solutions. Explain solar benefits (PM Suryaghar Yojana, subsidies, ROI). Coordinate with technical teams for site visits and proposals. Close deals and ensure documentation for subsidy and installation. Maintain daily updates and communicate effectively with the sales team. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of field sales experience in solar, real estate, or relevant sectors. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Own two-wheeler preferred. Willing to travel across Delhi NCR.
