Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan, create and publish engaging content including posts, stories/reels, videos, graphics, and other formats aligned with brand voice and strategy.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behaviour; use insights to optimise content and engagement strategies.
  • Execute paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), track performance and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, followers, ROI).
  • Engage with the online community: respond to comments, messages, inquiries in a timely manner; build community loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with design, content and marketing teams for campaign execution, branding alignment and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintain and present regular performance reports (analytics dashboards, growth tracking, insights) and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with new social media platforms, content formats, tools and best practices; propose and implement new ideas and formats.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of social media management / digital marketing experience preferred (but freshers with strong portfolio also acceptable).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, audience engagement practices and latest trends.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools: e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, basic video editing tools.
  • Good copy-writing and communication skills (for social captions, posts, community interactions).
  • Basic understanding of digital analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), SEO knowledge and paid campaigns is a plus.
  • Creative mindset, ability to ideate fresh content, good visual sense and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks.
