Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary focus of this role will include - 1- Discovery calls with leads 2- Matchmaking (sharing the most relevant properties based on customer requirements) 3- Capturing and sharing insights with the product team 4- Travel agent relations 5- Property host relations CTC offered would range from 2 - 6 Lakhs per annum Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Understand traveler requirements and preferences to curate personalized stay offers. Present suitable options and negotiate pricing to close bookings at competitive rates. Maintain regular communication with clients to build long-term relationships. Sales and Closing: Drive revenue by effectively closing deals after understanding client needs. Negotiate and finalize bookings at reasonable and mutually beneficial prices. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by following up on stays and feedback. Property Onboarding: Identify and onboard premium and luxury homestays and villas across target regions. Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners. Ensure properties meet quality and verification standards. Market Research: Keep track of competitor offerings and market trends. Identify new opportunities for property partnerships and client acquisition. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, sales, or hospitality. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand client requirements and curate suitable options. Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach.
