Position: Business Development Executive - International Financial Services Job Overview: This role is responsible for executing business development strategies aimed at creating and converting a strong sales pipeline, ultimately driving sales success. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of skills, including international sales expertise, exceptional communication (both written and verbal), and experience in B2B marketing. The role requires a proactive, results-driven approach to identifying and nurturing business opportunities in the international financial services sector. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential clients to generate leads. Leverage multiple lead generation methods, including networking, internet searches, and industry-specific platforms, to identify qualified prospects. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations to generate new business opportunities. Effectively communicate the benefits and costs of our financial services to prospective businesses, ensuring they are fully informed of our offerings. Assist in building and managing a strong pipeline of new customers and projects, collaborating with senior sales team members to meet revenue goals. Cultivate and maintain professional, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Demonstrate high energy and professionalism when engaging with internal teams and external networks. Desired Profile: 2 to 4 years of international B2B sales experience in financial services or related industries is essential . Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline. 24 years of international B2B sales experience, with a focus on engaging clients in accounting and finance services. Skills Required: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Highly action-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Flexible and adaptable, willing to take on a diverse range of tasks and challenges. Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and navigate client needs in the financial services sector. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all interactions and deliverables.
