Job Description

Role Description We are seeking a highly driven Sales Executive / Business Development professional with experience in B2B food sales to expand our customer base across restaurants, cafes, bakeries, food, QSR, food service, cloud kitchen, caterers, home bakers etc who uses bakery flour, maida etc. The ideal candidate will have existing connects or strong knowledge of the food service industry, with a proven ability to sell products like ingredients to a diverse range of customers. This role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and maintaining strong communication with clients. The role will involve conducting market research, developing growth strategies, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Key responsibilities Identify and targeting potential customers Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Generate new leads, manage the sales funnel, and close deals. Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and customization. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity. Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B food sales, preferably selling raw materials or ingredients to HORECA, bakeries, cafes, cloud kitchens, caterers stc Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities and closing deals. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada preferably. Must know how to use Microsoft Excel and Tally. Willingness to travel to assigned territory. Qualifications Strong skills in Business and Account Management Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel management or a related field preferred Experience in the food ingredients sales or bakery industry. Background in food service, culinary, or hospitality industries is preferable.
