Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of Remark HR to potential clients, responsible for building business relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting our recruitment and staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and client visits. Pitch Remark HR's recruitment, staffing, and HR outsourcing services to potential clients across sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR Managers, Founders, Operations Heads, etc.). Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery. Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to optimize business strategy. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and pipeline using CRM tools. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales (preferably in HR services, staffing, or recruitment industries). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client pain points and propose customized HR solutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in approach. Willingness to travel for meetings and client acquisition. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field preferred.
