Job Description

Role and Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through research, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach strategies. Schedule and conduct meetings or product demos with prospects. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Maintain and update CRM tools. Follow up on leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline. Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, and business presentations. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and lead generation efforts. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets related to lead generation, sales closures, and outreach. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any field. Communication skills in Hindi (preferred) and English (Highly proficient). Excellent interpersonal skills and a persuasive approach. Basic understanding of sales processes, client handling, or CRM tools (training will be provided). Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented attitude. Good time management and organizational skills. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
