Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our US Staffing team. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting staffing solutions to US-based clients and vendors. This position is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, persuasive, and eager to build a career in international staffing and recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities in the US Staffing industry through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants. Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates. Negotiate terms, contracts, and rates with clients and vendors. Work closely with internal teams to meet business targets and ensure client satisfaction. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue goals. Maintain accurate documentation of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM/ATS tools. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Willingness to work in US shift timings (EST/PST). Ability to multitask and thrive in a target-driven environment. Familiarity with the US IT staffing industry (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
