Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Executive to support lead generation, client outreach, and business growth activities. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about sales and communication are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
• Reach out to leads and explain the company’s products/services.
• Schedule meetings, demos, or discussions with prospective clients.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and business goals.
• Maintain and update the lead database/CRM regularly.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communication.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities when required.
• Build a basic understanding of market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales concepts and customer engagement.
• Good presentation skills and confidence in approaching clients.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energetic attitude.

Eligibility

• 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome).
• Any graduation degree.
• Candidates must be based in or willing to work in Nagercoil.
• Interest in sales, business development, or customer interaction.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
