Role SummaryWe’re seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales by targeting architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders. You’ll play a key role in building partnerships and closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and build relationships with architects, interior firms, and corporate clients. Pitch products like Flux 45, Fortis, glass partitions, doors, and cubicles. Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, calls, and networking. Prepare quotations in coordination with the design and factory teams. Achieve monthly targets and maintain sales funnel reports. Required Skills Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong knowledge of B2B sales in interiors/building materials Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed targets
