Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a strong passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
  • Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
  • Maintain and update CRM records regularly
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or tele-calling
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
