Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls daily to potential customers from the provided database. Pitch company products/services to leads in a clear, concise, and convincing manner. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, or emails. Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in [English / Hindi / Tamil/ other languages]. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or BPO is a plus.
