We currently have 220 MWp of solar parks , out of that 40 MWp is sold out and we are specialise in solar open access and solar rooftops with the view to providing a combination of solutions best suited to each client. We also provide BESS solutions. Job Description : As a Business Development Executive you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the solar energy market. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with 1-4 years of experience in solar energy. On joining our team your responsibility will be to drive the growth of solar rooftop and solar open-access projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the solar energy industry specially policies and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: 1. Market Research & Analysis: · Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects in the solar rooftop and solar open access · Analyse the feasibility and viability of solar projects based on technical, financial, and regulatory aspects. · Analyse competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve 2. Lead Generation & Prospecting · Generate new business leads and prospects through targeted outreach. · Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients interested in solar rooftops and open access solutions 3. Client Relationship Management: · Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders majorly corporates, and industrial clients. · Collaborate with clients to understand their energy needs and propose customized solar solutions. 4. Sales and Proposal Development: · Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients outlining the benefits and ROI of solar projects. · Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. 5. Project Coordination: · Coordinate with technical and project management teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects to update your client. · Monitor project progress and highlight any issues that may arise during the development and execution phases. 6. Regulatory Compliance: · Stay connected with the latest regulatory changes and requirements related to solar energy projects in India. · Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards with permitting team. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree - 1 to 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the solar energy sector. - Understanding of solar sector and regulatory landscape in India. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Additional Requirements: - Willingness to travel as needed. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Results-driven with a focus on achieving business objectives. - Passion for sustainable energy and environmental conservation.
