About Us :
Reliable Coats Pvt. Ltd., a leading paint and coatings manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand market presence, acquire new clients, and support customer relationship activities.
In addition to core business development responsibilities, the candidate will also handle certain HR-related tasks such as basic recruitment coordination and employee engagement support.
Responsibilities :
* Generate leads and acquire new clients (dealers, distributors, contractors).
* Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
* Conduct market visits, product demos, and follow-ups.
* Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
* Coordinate with production & dispatch teams for smooth order delivery.
* Assist in basic HR tasks (screening candidates, interview scheduling, attendance tracking).
* Prepare daily sales reports and maintain sales data.
Key Skills
* Good communication & negotiation skills
* Knowledge of sales in paints/building materials (preferred)
* Willingness to travel for field visits
* Basic HR/Admin knowledge is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
