Job Description: You will be responsible for conducting sales outreach through phone calls and various communication channels to ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients. You will negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients and handle client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Collaboration with internal teams to align client needs with business capabilities will also be a key part of your role. Furthermore, you will be required to prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends. Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement will also be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities.
