We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Upwork Expert | Email & LinkedIn Outreach Specialist

Key Responsibilities


1) Upwork Bidding (Mandatory)

  • Must have

    proven experience

    bidding and securing projects on Upwork—especially in

    SEO, WordPress, Shopify, and PPC

    .
  • Write compelling, customized proposals that convert.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Negotiate project budgets while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on Upwork trends and identify new project opportunities.


2) Email Scraping & Outreach

  • Collect targeted, high-quality leads using email scraping tools and methods.
  • Execute effective

    email outreach campaigns

    to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain outreach databases and track responses to improve conversions.


3) LinkedIn Outreach

  • Use LinkedIn to find, connect, and engage with potential clients.
  • Conduct professional outreach messages and nurture conversations.
  • Build strong lead pipelines through strategic LinkedIn activities.


-Additional Duties

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain reports, documentation, and CRM records of business development activities.
  • Explore and identify new platforms and business channels.


-Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Total: 2–3 years (Preferred)
  • Strong understanding of

    IT services

    : Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Content Writing, etc.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet weekly/monthly targets.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and confident in dealing with clients.


-Work Schedule & Perks

  • 5 Days Working:

    Monday to Friday
  • Flexible work hours

  • Night shift / Evening shift available
  • Work From Home

    (Bonus points if you're based in

    Lucknow

    )
  • Salary:

    ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Salary no bar for exceptionally skilled candidates)
  • Performance bonuses
