Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive / Online Bidder with hands-on experience in cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn-based sales outreach , and bidding on online platforms (such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads , bidding on projects , and nurturing them through the sales pipeline . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling , email campaigns , LinkedIn outreach , and online bidding portals . Identify and engage potential clients across target industries and geographies . Prepare and submit proposals and bids on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru , etc. Maintain and update CRM tools with lead and prospect information. Schedule meetings, demos, or discovery calls with qualified prospects. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. Achieve and exceed lead generation , bidding targets , and conversion goals . Provide regular reports on lead generation, bidding activities, and outcomes. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Proven expertise in cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn sales outreach , and online bidding . Strong written and verbal communication skills . Ability to work independently and as part of a team . Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets . Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of digital marketing or SaaS industry is an advantage. Experience in international bidding and working with IT service companies .
