Loyal Web Solutions is seeking a high-energy, ambitious Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. This entry-level role is perfect for a fresher to 2 years experience, ready to drive growth, generate leads for our technology services, and build a strong career in IT sales.
Key Responsibilities
1)Identify and qualify new business opportunities across global / local markets through intense market research.
2) Support our cold calling team, and conduct high-volume email campaigns, and social media outreach to introduce our services.
3) Actively monitor and strategically respond to project requirements on global online bidding portals (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, and any suitable).
4) Write compelling pitches and arrange initial introductory meetings with senior decision-makers for the management team.
5) Maintain accurate lead and client data within the CRM system and support all sales documentation.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
1) Diploma / Bachelor's degree in a Marketing field (Business/IT/Marketing).
2) Excellent written and verbal English communication skills is mandatory.
3) A "hunter" mindset with a strong ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
4) Basic understanding of the Web/IT services domain (Web Development, Digital Marketing, etc.).
5) High proficiency in digital tools and a willingness to quickly learn CRM and bidding platform operations.
