Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for building client relationships. This role involves identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives that contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and generate leads through calls, emails, and networking.
Explain company services to prospects in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain strong follow-up with clients to convert enquiries into business.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Maintain and update daily reports, sales trackers, and CRM entries.
Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any degree from a recognized university.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts (training will be provided).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer usage.
