We are a completely bootstrapped startup from Delhi & having our operations PAN India. We solve noise disturbances, privacy issues & space inefficiency challenges of people by providing Sound Insulated Portable Work Pods used as Phone Booths, Vocal Booths, WFH Pods Meeting Pods etc. We are looking for someone who can join our initial team & handle Revenue generation department to lay strong foundation of the company. The candidate shall work closely with founders & help in establishing strong foundation for future. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Responsibilities Build relationships with prospective clients Maintain consistent contact with existing clients Manage sales pipeline Analyze market and establish competitive advantages Track metrics to ensure targets are hit Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success Strong negotiation skills Strong communication and presentation skills CRM experience is preferred
