Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Science City, Ahmedabad

Salary Range: ₹3.0 – ₹3.6 LPA
Experience Required: 0–2 Years
Educational Qualification:

  • MBA, M. Pharma, MTech Cos, BBA, B. Pharma or BTech Cos.

Role Objective:

To drive new business development activities, manage client communications, coordinate internal processes, and support the sales cycle to help achieve company growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct market research and handle inbound inquiries to generate qualified leads for business growth.
  • New Business Development: Contact potential clients, qualify prospects, schedule introductory meetings, and assist in converting leads into clients.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal teams for seamless execution from sample development, production, to dispatch.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and manage records, reports, and follow-up updates.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by providing continuous support, addressing queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing techniques
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • CRM familiarity will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
