Job Description

As a real estate sales professional, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and property site visits. You will be expected to pitch residential and commercial real estate properties to prospective buyers or investors, while conducting site visits and property tours to address client queries effectively. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be crucial in ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will guide clients through the buying or leasing process, including negotiations and closing deals, with the goal of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. To excel in this role, it is essential to stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and legal documentation. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to create property campaigns and lead generation strategies. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and sales activities using CRM tools will be a key aspect of your daily responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales. The work location will be in person in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.,
