Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
Generate business leads through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other freelancing portals.
Create, manage, and optimize profiles and proposals to attract international clients.
Communicate effectively with global clients in fluent English to understand project requirements.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on IT trends, market competition, and new business opportunities.
Prepare business reports, track conversions, and meet monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
Proven experience in Upwork, Fiverr, or LinkedIn lead generation (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to draft professional proposals and project descriptions.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of IT services like web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner.
