Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demos. Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions. Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure client satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Track and report business development activities and pipeline updates. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
